I facilitate the alignment of thinking and action, around you’re particular climate and sustainability challenges.
Some challenges can't be solved by one person or one team. They need people with different responsibilities and perspectives to step back from their individual roles, understand the bigger picture and work out together what needs to happen next.
I design and facilitate focused workshops around the challenge your organisation is facing. See how my sessions turned uncertainty into shared action, for communities of people with widely differing experiences.

You may want to:
I work with you in advance, to understand the challenge, identify the right people to involve and design the session around what you need to achieve.
A Seeing the System workshop might involve, facilitated discussion, systems mapping or other approaches to explore relationships, dependencies, opportunities and potential areas for change.
Although a short taster is possible, a session will usually last a half or full day, and is delivered in person or online.
The aim is to leave people with a clearer shared picture, greater alignment and practical ideas about what happens next.
An opportunity for the people that make up your organisation to explore the connection between external environmental factors and the organisation itself - including on leadership, governance, people, culture, operations, value chain, finance, communications and partnerships.
The purpose is not to create a complicated map.
It is to develop a shared understanding of what is influencing your challenges and where change might matter most.

We can discuss the challenge, who needs to be involved and what you would like people to understand or achieve together.
